山崎はずむ | Hazumu Yamazaki
株式会社EmpathのCo-founder & CSO。主に海外展開を担当。IFA Next 2019（ベルリン）など、これまで世界的なピッチ・コンテストで6度優勝。その功績から経済産業省主催の「始動」やJ-Startup Program、およびSlush Tokyo 2019で英語でのピッチ講師を歴任。また、ICT Spring 2019（ルクセンブルク）やInnovex 2019（台北）など、国際的なテック・カンファレンスでキー・ノート・スピーカーをつとめる。ビジネスよりも哲学と文学が好き。東京大学大学院総合文化研究科修士課程修了（専攻：比較文学比較文化）。ニューヨーク大学大学院特別研究員（2013-2014）。青山学院大学社会情報学部特別研究員（2017-2019）
Hazumu is Co-founder and CSO of Empath, a Tokyo-based startup developing an emotion AI, which can identify emotion from the voice in real-time regardless of the language. He won multiple international pitch competitions such as IFA Next 2019 (Berlin) and Pitch Your Startup at ICT Spring 2018 (Luxembourg), which led him to be a pitch coach for J-Startup program supported by Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and Slush Tokyo.
Hazumu holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Tokyo. He was a visiting researcher at New York University Graduate Scholl of Arts and Science (Department of Comparative Literature) and a research fellow at Aoyama Gakuin University, Department of Social Informatics. He loves literature and philosophy.
